I usually beat 2 eggs together with like 1/2 cup of grated parm, and then stir it into the broth when the pasta’s almost done! It’s kind of a variant on straciatella www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/ital...

We make what my 3 year old calls “little tiny pasta soup” like once a week - acini de pepe cooked in chicken or veg broth, with egg and Parmesan and a dash of nutmeg whisked in. The first soup he figured out how to eat!

I’m a nurse at a Providence clinic in NE and we just got the 6mo+ dosage in stock! We’re only able to give them to patients within Prov… but may be worth a try?
