i'm against capital punishment but whoever was responsible for this should be put to death immediately

the second one has text at the bottom, thats what they mean by alt text. it's for accessibility. you can quickly add alt text to your images here so lots of the users strongly encourage it. there are some users that need it. the alt text is visible in my screenshot:
