I haven't! But I'm also thinking I'm not sure I'd be comfortable posting the way I normally do (balance of student celebration and research) that normally gets engagement and helped me build my Twitter/LinkedIn account.

In my case posting here has no reach, basically. LinkedIn is not as dynamic but at least people are there. My guess is Blue sky features bigger accounts more to prevent trolls from taking over but it also means it's difficult to grow your account.
