Simple 45 minute, cardio+core gym routine * This is a one week (four-day) workout routine that focuses on cardio and core. * Every day starts with a 10 minute warm up and end with a 10 minute cooldown. * The main part of the routine is just 25 minutes, during which you’ll move quickly and safely between exercises to maintain an elevated heart rate. - Some tier 2 & 3 companies have surprisingly increased comp. (Shopify, HubSpot)

- Total comp at Tier 3 publicly traded companies fell due to downward stock price.
The trimodal nature of tech compensation. Tier 3 compensation changes greatly impact the rest of the market. Tier 1 has most positions and lowest comp. Tier 2 has less positions and middle comp. Tier 3 has less positions and highest comp.

The diversity-centric system expects more jobs to fix the problem, ignoring how long we've been damaged and made unfit for their jobs. They encourage the Strong Woman stereotype because it means taking the damage onto ourselves. We need more than jobs; we need social reintegration.
