I love when I see such a good movie and wanna enjoy myself and than mental illness kicks in again. My psychiatric meds just ain’t workin right, I can’t find the right therapist. Idk. I’m struggling everyday and every night. #mentalhealth

I wish I was more extroverted. Being on the spectrum and naturally introverted it’s so hard to be out going. Being in drag is most of the times I let my little bit of extrovert out. I feel like I’m always psychoanalyzing just to understand people’s body language and how to interact. #mentalhealth

I just discovered glass animals new album that came out like 4 months ago and I really enjoy it. Makes my brain happy. I’m always so late to new things artists that I like come out with lol #glassanimals

After only eating poultry and fish for the past almost 2 years due to GERD issues and feeling like I finally have it under control so I start eating more red meat and now I have a new found appreciation for it because how full it makes makes me feel and for how long I stay full for.

I kinda wanna use this new social media platform to express my mental health and just mental health in general more. I don’t talk about it consistently enough and it affects me everyday #mentalhealth
