On my way to Paris for the Pall Mall Process Conference to discuss how states can understand and shape the market for commercial cyber intrusion capabilities.
Looking forward to discussing how to move this process forward and build on the Code of Practice, which will be endorsed at the conference.

I only just saw the UN #cyberacquis plane put forward by French diplomats at the #OEWG to promote their proposal for regular institutional dialogue (formerly known, but now for political reasons not anymore, as #PoA).
I have so many questions.

Heute hatten wir im SWP Gesprächskreis Cybersicherheit und Digitalpolitik eine spannende Diskussion zum Thema KI auf dem Gefechtsfeld - Wie sieht Erfolg im Jahr 2040 aus? Mit Beiträgen zum Gefechtsfeld der Zukunft, zu erwartenden technischen Entwicklungen und normativen Initiativen.
