I just finished listening to this. It's more than fascinating and completedly shifted my view and understanding of sociopaths and the prejudice I had in mind before. She writes very vividly and the way she delves into personality is fascinating. I am curious to hear others opinions on it too!

Really appreciate the first signer and the woman hoping for abundance for anyone. As for the guy saying it should be up to the individual parents, I feel like it's rich to want to force people to have a child they may not be able to provide for, and then hold them accountable for the consequences

Very good day at the Frankfurt Book Fair #fbm2025. Tomorrow will be my last day, today professionally, tomorrow privately. Lots of great conversations and new connections. Really determined now to become a member of the IO and looking forward to next year!

SCOOP: Last year, Ubisoft cancelled an Assassin's Creed game set during Reconstruction. Was to feature a Black Assassin who, among other things, fought the rise of the Klan

Sources: Leadership nixed it over concerns re: U.S. political climate, backlash to Yasuke

Y'know, when people have asked me about my dream game, I've always said a runaway slave + Underground Railroad project or something set in or around the Haitian Revolution.

Someone somewhere is already taking this on and infusing the work with all the courage that the subject matter deserves.

One of the most complex scenes i have ever drawn! I focus so much on single / 2-people scenes usually, but this was so much fun

Language question: I'm a German Illustrator mostly speaking English to connect worldwide with my main clientele being in Germany ao I often feel torn and sometimes just want to post something in German as well. Does it throw you off when an account posts in multiple languages or is it fine? Curious!

Starting off the week brushing up my portfolio for the Frankfurt bookfair with some of my proudest, and some very new works I am still finishing. Super exited, it'll be my first time in Frankfurt and I am looking forward to all the impressions and hopefully making some friends among peers 😊

Just uploaded my first thing to Gumroad, my latest seamlessly repeatable Pattern, but I plan to expand. Give me a follow for updates. I may forget to share new uploads on social media as my brain is constantly navigating three other things I also have to do 😂

I adore both and both have their places. Being creative is using any tools you can for the urge to create something with it, but the creation and expression is what matters, the tools are tools. Playing, mixing and experimenting with them is how you start creating 😍
Some photographers still feel the need to hype film over digital. I get it, they're different, but I don't think we should focus on the tools. My view is that photography is good for you, no matter the materials. Learning how to see pays dividends. Right?

I would love to do this actually. With a little counter where you can get drinks, like a hot chocolate or tea, and cookies, or salty snacks and citrus wipes for your fingers to have a comfy stay

I showed some of my started and finished novels to ChatGPT to get some analysis and weaknesses to improve and realize how much I miss writing, and how much it did for me. I think I want to take a little more time again to pursue it on the side, while pursuing publishing for illustration anyway :)
