I dreamt I was in the most awesome thrift store ever, with racks of vintage circus costumes so I put on one that looked like the grinch and ran around saying crazy stuff to strangers till I was pulled out to sea by a rip current, thinking I was screwed, I put my feet down and felt the Sand under me.

I dreamt I was in the most awesome thrift store ever, with racks of vintage circus costumes so I put on one that looked like the grinch and ran around saying crazy stuff to strangers till I was pulled out to sea by a rip current, thinking I was screwed, I put my feet down and felt the Sand under me.
As a kid I would laugh really hard, it felt great, like an explosion of joy. But some of the kids around me would accuse me of “fake laughing.” I couldn’t understand it. Now, I know they had grown up with a joy deficit, and my laughter was saying, there are levels of joy you may never know.

I have a wickedly weak stomach, so…a fried ham and summer sausage eggs Benedict, late, late night meal after one gin and absinthe cocktail at a downtown dance party, was not the best idea.

If you find yourself at the mercy of the bad news, the ill vibes and the 24 hour social media shit stream… elevate the importance of your meditation. In short, meditate all the time. It will free you of so many random and hurtful reactions. If you don’t know how, ask questions. 🔥❤️✌️🫶🏻
