Setting myself the goal to lose about 15 lbs of body fat by the end of winter. I've been fighting this overweight body most of my life, and I'm sick of it. Sick of this belly and chest fat. Sick of not feeling good when I look in the mirror. Calisthenics and intermittent fasting, here I come.

I honestly liked his character when the Matthews first arrived in Fromville, but yeah, he's just steadily gotten worse each episode. I think last week's episode is setting up some character development for him, and then they're going to dramatically kill him off sometime in season 4.
