@andyhre.bsky.social rules question, if I in a previous month picked up a boarder state recruit in EoC, then traveling back through in another month the other recruit is still available; may I use the Accounting Wizard ability on the second recruit since I have the first one?

I loved the production and card tucking above and below, most of all no disposable plastics to unwrap. Hope more games lean towards more sustainable choices - every little bit helps.
