Hi, I'm Alexander, a 2D/3D artist.
I'm here to share my process, project breakdowns, and the full pipeline behind my work. Let's create together!
Huge thanks, that's very nice to hear! I'm a fan of using black bars at the top and bottom, they really make the frame feel more cinematic and wide-screen.

Thank you so much! I've never created a complex model for animation before. I really appreciate you showing the technique behind this result. It's incredibly satisfying to watch the pauldron follow the arm's movement so perfectly, over and over.

I have a lot of these quick pieces. Once, I even tried to turn them into a short video, but I never finished it - not sure why. I guess the thought of editing just stopped me in my tracks. But I still have some frames saved from that attempt. I think I'll post them someday as a little storyboard.

The anatomy is so juicy.

The sheer amount of work behind a finished 3D model is staggering. This is a very cool result!
Out of curiosity, do you rig it yourself or rely on a specific add-on for the bones? Would love to know your workflow.

Your attention to textures and materials is next level. It's incredibly meticulous, yet it never feels cluttered. That sense of lightness you achieve is so inspiring!

Retopology and I still have a... complicated relationship. My PC isn't the strongest, so handling high-poly models from ZBrush is always a bit of a struggle. But texturing? That's the part that makes it all worth it. It feels like pure magic after all the technical headaches.

I rarely even work in this style now. But back then, I dreamed of getting into a studio so badly... even though the pay was survival-level peanuts. This piece really was my "all" at that moment. Do you have a piece you're irrationally proud of, even if it's old or "imperfect" by today's standards?

At the time, this was my most complex piece ever. I was so afraid to ruin it that I ended up with hundreds of layers! But I'm still so proud I gave it 146%. Funny how we grow.

I'm deeply in love with this universe—you could say I have a hyperfixation on it. I started drawing in the first place because I fell in love with its visual style. In a way, Warcraft might be the reason I became an artist.

What does this universe mean to you?
