Is it possible for a House democrat to put forward a motion to vacate the House Speaker? If they could get rid of McCarthy can’t they do that to Johnson for basically abandoning his job?

The deal for the purchase of the planes was done in 2017, under Trump. Biden designated Qatar as a major “non NATO ally” because of their help related to the evacuations from Afghanistan. Biden did NOT have anything to do with a base for Qatar on US soil. Details matter.
