This was a fun story to do back then and pretty amazing how much the app has grown since.
A year and a half ago, @alexacorse.bsky.social and I wrote about how people were desperate to get on Bluesky, which was only accessible via invite codes at the time… enough to pay up to $250 for a code.

Reupping that story now that the app is gaining traction again
