My irrational fear of the day is that I'd have a child and they'd ask me to help with some basic algebra shit and I'd cry out in struggle, WHY CAN'T IT BE STUFF LIKE DOT PRODUCT??!! because that's the only math I remotely know now.

This time, Sammy's vegetable sushi! Used a vegan "salmon" curing method that involves nori... it was the oddest thing I cooked... but it was really good!!! Like, legit good noms.

We are thoroughly enjoying Dave the Diver and after Vincent's segment I just had to try making jellyfish and sea grape sushi.
Unfortunately, the only jellyfish I could get was preserved in strips, so it became gunkan maki instead of the nigiri that Bancho served.
It was good!!
