Something clashes with my brain with reposting. It doesn't really make sense to me. That's why I don't do it much. Like I feel like it's stealing posts or something, not sure.

It's actually a nice thing that youtube doesn't show videos on the homepage anymore for new windows that aren't signed in. It's frustrating seeing videos you have no interest in.

Jurassic Park having a red color theme always made more sense to me than Jurassic World having a blue color theme. It just doesn't scream "dinosaur" to me. Red feels more primal. Blue has a modern feel which is probably why it was done, might also be bcs of using blue poison dart frogs for the dinos

I think the big issue with JW Dominion is the family dynamic of Claire/Owen/Maisie. There's nothing ordinary about it, and they aren't ordinary people. You can't relate to it, unlike the family in JP3 which I think that plot element was based on. It prevents the movie from having a heart.

theory i've been floating in my head: there is a different plane of existence either on or in earth where different animals reside that sometimes appear in this plane. that would explain a lot of cryptids.

this may be hindsight bias, but this election is def more of a toss-up than '16 and '20 imo. it was quite obvious who would win those if you were good at analyzing the data. with this, i have no clue. could really go either way i feel. i lean harris tho.

Have you noticed that skunks don't seem to be that common anymore? i just realized this today. when i was young about 20 years ago, my dad driving on the highway, we would frequently smell a skunk. It's not happened for me in a long time. I am in northeast US.
