Note that last one, Simmers. If you didn't test with mods, there's a VERY good chance your issue after a patch was mods. Especially that glitchy UI.

You know what to do.
- Backup your saves
- Put your game in offline mode if you don't want to patch
- Remove all mods/cc
- Do not play your legacy save until we know what's newly broken.
