This, “The loan was paid back with 9% interest between June 2020 and June 2021, a spokesperson for the diocese said.” Tell me who wouldn’t make a deal where they would receive a return of 9% interest on a loan? Also he has brought in over 250 million dollars by fund raising since being there.
