Ideally you want to eat foods that have minimal processing to them in order to be eating healthy.

The more processed a food is, the more unhealthy it is because stuff has been added to compensate ingredients (i.e added sugar, oils, fats, chemicals) to make up the gap.

Limit sources of the bad news is one strategy. Like only reading the AP News or another source only once a week. Also limit what apps (especially news ones) push notifications on your phone.

During my 3rd and 4th years of college (2018 and 2019) I got hooked watching their videos on YouTube (i.e. top 10 moments, grill the grid, race/practice/quali highlights etc.). During the pandemic, picked up on the sport once it resumed from the initial lockdown.
