Knees? Yeah.

I have an injury, but added to that I already had genetic related problems (from both families 😭)... so my knees have this cracking sound when I do certain excercises...

I bought a generic one... I worked in the fields that time over in the US so I didn't buy something nice in case it broke or something... I would regularly just wipe it with wet towels because of those metal things it had on the sides. It started to smell after it rained once, but I left-

I do recomend kinesiotape... helps a little with the pain. Less stinky, but can irritate your skin and if you peel it off incorrectly, goodbye skin...
