Last full day of vacation. Back to rain and gray skies tomorrow.

I'm excited! I had my first consultation with a plastic surgeon. After losing 150+ pounds, I now look like a melted candle naked. My first round of plastics will be tummy tuck, arm lift and boob lift. Next round will probably do my back and thighs. Then, face/neck lift.

Last night was magical! I was very emotional. I laid in the hammock in my backyard and watched the sky dance. #aurora

Yesterday I went on an amazing hike at Mt. Rainier National Park. The views were amazing! We were blessed with a beautiful day in October.

Spent some time outside this afternoon to soak up some Vitamin D. It was much needed relaxing time.

Today is my 1 year Surgiversary for RNY Gastric Bypass. I have lost 115.2 lbs & 131.2 since I started my pre-op process in January of 2022. It's been quite the journey and will continue for the rest of my life. I am so thankful for my tool to help fight the disease of obesity.
