I get it. It's the main reason I haven't left yet. It became my main social connectivity in isolation and I'm not emotionally ready to break from all those people. Trying to engage more here but not a fan of platform...too x-like

The biggest obstacle I have to deleting all meta apps is the events feature for artists, and my wild swimming and kayaking groups. We need an alternative with those features. I'm concerned Artists are going to be significantly impacted, especially live music, small theater and cabaret shows!

In principle I want to leave FB but I have leaned on it so heavy for connection since 2020, solitary so often working from home and connecting through screens. Trying to find a balance for my mental health. We need an app for artists to keep sharing events!
