This is a down payment — we don’t know the full scope of the harm yet. Parts of our state are still underwater. We’re going to have a lot of conversations in the coming weeks with legislators.

Authorities identified suspect as Claudio Manuel Neves-Valente, 48 (sp.), a fmr Brown U student and Portuguese national who's a legal permanent resident of the U.S. and lives in Miami. Police are still investigating a possible connection to murder of MIT professor Nuno Loureiro, also from Portugal.

The Ukrainian Association in Finland said: “We called for a boycott of businesses that fill the Russian budget and thereby support the Russian war machine. By purchasing products from Mondelez, Nestle, Pepsi, or L’Oreal, you are inadvertently contributing to the financing of Russian aggression.”
