Disbarring her will have no effect on her job. There’s no requirement that the US AG must be an attorney (much less a member of any bar), same as SCOTUS justices.

Not exactly a left-wing radical activist judge, is he?

3 years, 2 months, and 6 days to be exact. I hope we can keep our republic until then.

This reminded me of that Missouri congressman who said women don’t get pregnant from “legitimate rape,” because the “female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down.”

(Thankfully, those comments resulted in him being forced to shut down his Senate campaign.)

Does this mean Darrell iss a goner in 2026?
November 5, 2025 at 2:07 PM
Neither do I, but it’s the only other possible explanation (besides a typo).

Could it be the grand jury is referred to by the date they began serving? In Illinois they serve for 18 months, so if they started in June 2024 they would still be active now.

Nice shot!
October 18, 2025 at 2:13 AM
Perhaps they meant 2026?
October 8, 2025 at 8:33 PM
Not to mention SCOTUS.

Rise above next line of partisan attacks?

I read that Merck/Moderna are using it in stage 3 trials for melanoma. BioNTech has one in phase 2 as well.

And it’s being tested for cardiovascular regeneration in patients with heart failure.

It has so much promise!

Who will enforce it?

Can we stop calling them vaccines? I’ve started calling them immunity boosters, which is closer to the truth than the snake oil peddled by wellness influencers. (I’m getting my TDAP immunity booster next week.)

The “presumption of regularity” is presumed dead at this point.
September 18, 2025 at 2:57 PM
The only consequences that I know of is the courts’ distrust or at least skepticism of anything the government says or does. It’s already happening. “Do I need to put it in writing? Or is my verbal order enough?” Legal scholars say they would be mortified if a judge said that to them.

Judge Kelly is being very careful here, considering the presumption of regularity is dead.

Update from Kaiser:

“Starting September 15, members can walk in or make an appointment to get the 2025-26 COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine will be available at no cost for Kaiser Permanente members 6 months and older.”

No mention of eligibility beyond that. They follow the science.

Can anyone explain what this highlight phrase means?

I subscribe to his Substack, where he does deep dives into a variety of health topics. He is very data-driven and I trust him.

Liberty Station is one of my favorite places. They’ve done a great job with the restoration and it’s a peaceful place to stroll where recruits once marched. (At least, as peaceful as it can be under the flight path of Lindbergh Field.)

“Give it a shot” 😆
September 4, 2025 at 12:56 PM
I just checked and Kaiser doesn’t have it yet. Neither the 2024-2025 nor the 2025-2026. (San Diego, California)
