Live Well PEI is advertising to tell us to eat more fruit and veg so we can be healthier. Will do as soon as you tackle corporate greed and tell the food conglomerates to stop price gouging us. 🫠

Remember these? As we lined up some of us were (obviously) scared but there were adults to sooth us. Plus we saw other brave kids getting through it just fine. I feel so sorry for today’s parents - misinformation is everywhere and how much harder it is to take time off work for routine vaccinations!

It’s especially important if you have hard water.
Found this image on the internet - you can get away with not flushing, but as the sediment builds, it make the heater progressively less efficient and more damage is done to the insides. (I found out all of this earlier this yr, don’t ask me how)

Overnight cold proofing is complete! Waiting for the dough to warm up before the boiling and baking phase!

Bagel dough was warm proofed for 90 minutes then shaped into bagels. Shaped bagels are cold proofing overnight in the fridge to be boiled and baked in the morning! Wish me luck!🍀
