In that case, I might check out Battle Angel Alita. I prefer the manga over the live action film, but I don't think the film is necessarily bad either. And I haven't seen all of Ghost in the Shell but that is one of the most influential pieces of cyberpunk media out there, along with Blade Runner

Unfortunately I don't know any cyberpunk media without orientalism and body horror
