not sure where to start...tzimisce elder (vtm). he looks like a six-legged albino lizard with purple/bluish accents on the scaly skin. has a too-long neck with a black mane, black eyes, and also charcoal-black paws with warped claws. he is gesturing politely and invitingly with an arm behind his back. (also, i got a bit lazy and didnt color the back part of the design)

they did yes ;v; they had a malkavian best friend in one of their past lives (though, unfortunately, she died). that memory's lost to them but they still tolerate kindred more than most changelings because of it
