I can recommend you Osomatsu-Kun (1988) (EngSub)! I think it's really goofy and funny, I think it fits your humor as well. Osomatsu-San (2015) (Seasons 1-2 EngDub, Seasons 3-4 EngSub) is basically a more adult version of that show, but still just as good!

I don't know about Spain, but with India, Doraemon started airing in 2005 on the kids channel Hungama (then later on other channels such as Disney). It probably garnered attention with its general quality and relatable characters!
