If blue represents sadness then for me using a wider palette represents my own emotional palette. Confusion, hope, horror, despair, isolation, connection. They are all happening simultaneously and in rotation.

This is so true. I’m lucky to live in Minnesota where community is strong, even in rural areas. I’ve been surprised by the level of support.

It’s the only thing helping me continue to fight.
