I really love the fact that the swapping of random parts in my PC has a strong placebo effect on me. Doubling the RAM from 16 to 32 gigs shouldn't have made the startup _that_ faster, yet I feel like I have a brand new PC.

The decision to send hand-printed Christmas postcards right after assembling darkroom was a good and a terrible one at the same time -- it gave me a project with a clear scope and deadlines, but two weeks later I clearly see that I was sending out overexposed grey prints that are easy to fix.
