For example, I’m a programmer, and it’s currently forbidden to use AI on the projects at the company I work for. But it's a known fact that almost everybody is using it secretly.

Mas dito isto, ainda não acho que exime 100% a galera da Larian.
Mesmo se for apenas para referência, o fato de ser por LLM, acaba removendo completamente o artista original da ideia.
Por ex, se for referência através de um portifólio online, ele ainda pode ser reconhecido (ou até contratado)

Parece que o Swen deu um update lá e parece que o que foi reportado não está muito correto (pelo jeito o jornalista lá tbm tá usando AI generativa pros textos dele hauhahua)
