It's probably better for this than pancakes. Pancake batter is, imo, to thin for this to work well.

I drove this bridge when it was just a two lane in the late 90's & I wanted to die the whole time & then the person I was following passed a car so I had to too because I didn't know where I was going once we got off the bridge. It was awful then, I'm sure it still is now, & it should be replaced.
