This is one of my most experimental poems. I hope everybody enjoys it.

Who travels there, where from? TSUNAMI IN SRI LANKA, (I’m not from there, that’s somewhere down there. Where there’s crisis.) I am that living breathing creature from the womb of women everywhere (in the West) tracing death reports with my fingers down the map Ah yes, the news, I heard the princess is with child (there’s a bird outside with its child in its nest) She will name them Humpback Whale, she’s modern and all that. (I read the whole article and wonder who cares?) Being eco is so in! Please don’t mind me !WAR!, my growing anxiety. It’s all microscopic everywhere microplastic. and death to all death to all around the Equator We had to replace our new refrigerator (again), there wasn’t enough space for the people there anywhere to live and breathe !FAMINE! like living and breathing beings And what does this all mean to me, here drowning in apathy? New headline begins, it reads: GRE- oh that young Swedish activist!- BERG AT A PROTEST “THEY CAN NO LONGER IGNORE US” I like that girl, I think. I can’t be bothered to read. Headlines like trees in a forest... ...and I’m a young arsonist! !CONQUEST! Oh how I love this! Burn burn burn! I am become Death, destroyer of worlds Sometimes I wonder how did we get here, but I don’t (again) care to learn Really, it’s all algorithm magic to me. How one does me, what life means to me? I think at some point a funny feeling !DEATH! in my eye makes me put down my glasses. Why is this? I ask with emphasis as the itch pulses? How could there (again) be pain? I look up and notice there is rain. And it heals. And it lasts. And it floods! Suddenly a tsunami in my house (the frame of my glasses cracks) !DON’T IGNORE THE CLIMATE CRISIS! I’m alive, I think, as I breathe in moments of silence, rolling my shoulders at their stiffness ...
