Staying overnight in Pamakkale. It is famous for its thermal spas. The town centre has an enormous steaming rock, which unfortunately looks like an elephant stopped by.

THE SECRET AGENT is a masterpiece of complex storytelling. Set in Brazil in 1977 in a time of corruption and death squads, it's full of humour and dread. Not so much shaggy dog, but it does involve a rampant severed leg and three eyed cat. #LFF2025
