That’s how ultimate frisbee is for me. Worked real hard to get past shin splints just in time to pull my hamstring. Then starting the spring season my biggest concern was not re-aggravating the hamstring but what I SHOULD have been focused on was not getting a concussion. Lol 🫠 fml.

That’s what’s up! Valkyries, having not been a team last year, are working out chemistry still. But in 3 games so far I’ve seen them improve significantly each game! 💪🏀
