If one was to further cancel export licences; which I am in favour of via sanctions for ceasefire violations; I would start with the two groups that have red arrows pointing at them.

I would start with the bottom group & emit the F-35 program from the sanctions, otherwise we are hurting ourselves.

Except the wholesale price of electricity in GB today is dirt cheap. This is due to constraint payments to renewables and subsidy payments to gas fired power stations. On days like this the price of energy is always cheap. It's the marginal price which sets the cost of electricity, not gas.
