I’m so glad! Thanks for your work. I watched the mtg after seeing your post and I’m baffled why Ryan — whose amdmts were either successful or will come back in Jan — would vote against a LUMO she claims she broadly agrees with, and why Mayor appeared visibly frustrated at the result of her own nay.

Some ?s I’d love to see TBB explore:
- Why was CM Ryan against the Council-amended LUMO? Is she expecting her failed amdmts to pass in Jan?
- Ditto for the Mayor, of course
- Can we get a breakdown of each amdmt to the omnibus and the yeas/nays?
LUMO as-is seems like a no from all, so… why 4 nays?
