Unfined, unfiltered and unpasteurised, the clarity is achieved from long, slow conditioning. This, is a delight, and named after our friend the drummer's favourite tune :-)

This has been a long time in the making. A gentle, malty refreshing Golden(ish) ale from our Open Fermentation Project. With only a tiny hint of hoppiness, this sessionable beauty finishes delightfully dry.

Today mainly featured very colourful language while doing battle with our can labelling machine.
