I was planning on getting more done in Yotei tonight, but then I met Takezo the Unrivaled... It was like a dark souls boss out of nowhere! Kind of crazy they have that hard of a boss so early on in the game. You do get a pretty cool cosmetic for your sword though afterwards.

Had a game night with some friends last night that was long overdue. Got to play this one that I picked up on Prime Day. Definitely recommend it if you're new to D&D/TTRPGs. It's basically baby's first D&D.

Couldn't sleep this morning, so I woke up early and played about 45 minutes of ZA before work.
MY BOI LOOKS SO GOOD ON SWITCH 2!!!
My initial impression of the active battling is that it's a nice change of pace. I kind of wish the target (ZL) was a toggle rather than a hold though.

After a long day of travel yesterday, this was a perfect way to start today. A nice, refreshing morning outside while playing some Hades 2! It's going to be an awesome week in OBX!

Figured it was time to change the profile pic since I've lost so much weight.
90 lbs lost since the surgery and 120 lbs overall since the pre-op diet. Very good progress for a little over 4 months since the surgery!

Hooked the steam deck up to the TV so I can play on the couch. It looks amazing with the TV backlights!!! Stoked to see what 1.0 has to offer after putting in 30 hours into the early access version.

And then at the end of that match, I had a pretty good combo going. This is definitely my kind of fighting game because the controls are pretty easy to understand. It's kind of a Smash Bros-esque control scheme, but a little more complex. Still very fun to button mash and cool things happen.
