Yeah, I think in the case of soccer in the US, this is more like the dream team visiting. Even if the MLS isn't the best league, he will be such a positive memory for the kids that see him, he will grow the sport. Long-term, that will greatly benefit the league.

It would be like Jordan leaving the Wizards to do a European tour. He would have killed, but also sold out every stadium he played in.
