I suspect that the decline in journals is more to do with the cost of living crisis. ‘Back in my day’ (as I’m old enough to say now) my friends ran journals as passion projects, without funding, and it cost them about £2,600 a year. This was 20 years ago, so I imagine it costs a lot more now.

I’ve never seen that before, and I’ve been rejected a lot. I was saying to Claire earlier that I don’t know any presses that are getting GFTA at the moment. Do you know any Aaron?
