Do you think there's something even comparable to Lightroom? It's not a rhetoric question, as a photographer I struggle to find something so well integrated and powerful.

Since 2016 I got rid of everything, using just a small Fuji XT-2 and a fixed 50mm equivalent single lens for all my portraits. It makes people feel relaxed, at ease. My photography is 95% communication and empathy, 5% tech stuff. Useful when you deal primarily with naked people.
