Would you ship to Mexico? I am interested.

No meetup listed in Mexico City, what do I need to do to make it happen?

Let’s be honest here: The conversation is pointless.

American workers want flexibility, work-life balance and livable wages.

Employers want workaholics who will do more work for less money.

The wants of both sides are mutually-exclusive, so one side needs to concede, and employers won’t do it.

I've seen people respond with a pin emoji 📌, I think a bit does the bookmarking for them.

I used sarcasm to reflect the current state of affairs, I don't condone denying medical assistance to people for the sake of profits.

Depends on the context:

In a shareholder meeting about record profits? Definitely yes, that's why you bought those stocks.

In a thread about the murder of a CEO? Definitely not, that's unethical, how can you celebrate the death of an innocent?

I think most Americans don't realize that a trade war harms them more than it harms their rivals.

The US needs as many trade partners as possible, and tariffs are an invitation to look somewhere else.

BRICS is already larger than G7.

Why not use the French layout?

I'm not talking about AZERTY, but about "United States International with Alt Gr Dead Keys".

As an aside, we still supported IE11 for more than a year after Microsoft, but we started having errors out of our control in IE11 (ex. third party services no longer working for IE11).

I work at OpenTable.

After we sunsetted IE11, we drew the line at Safari N-2, but some restaurants complained about having issues with iPhones.

After carefully reviewing stats, we moved to N-3, that is Safari 15 today, and that has been our sweet spot for a while.

I don't know how feasible would it be, but how about letting website authors to control how their content gets embedded.

The obvious example is YouTube, but some other examples would be Giphy's GIFs or SoundCloud's audios.

Depending on the country that may be a requirement by law, so the developers are helpless here.

But as a developer myself, it is a fact that many financial services use jQuery to disable paste, so you can use that same jQuery instance to undo the disabling.

I hadn't used Twitter enough to tell whether this is the right person for the role, hopefully the censorship won't be as unbearable as Facebook, where you get banned for saying "Black Hewlett-Packard" in Spanish.
