He gets that while military families put in work orders multiple times just to get bandaids put on whatever is wrong with their home. We get charged insane fees by the privatized housing companies who make multiple millions in profits every year and get little in return.

Military families are suffering. They are living in homes riddled with toxic mold. Ceilings in military homes are collapsing due to poorly-fixed water leaks. They are dealing with decades-old appliances. But Hegseth gets hundreds of thousands in tax payer dollars to renovate his on post home.

While they waste money, they are also pausing funding to programs military families use and need; they are banning books in on post schools; they are banning the celebration of great people of color and women in our schools.

Wasteful, petty government spending to change the names of military posts and to renovate Hegseth's on post housing does fuck-all for military families...

I just want to go on "the record" today and say US military families are NOT typically Red, though that's what MAGA would want everyone to believe...
