My opinions concerning alcohol are based predominantly on reading scientific articles about alcohol. In addition, I have been continually sober for 43+ years (SD: 6/26/1981) with help from Church/AA. So I have a lot of personal opinions about alcohol. 18 months of drinking ruined my health.
