Finally finished reading Dungeon Meshi the other day. Such a wonderful series that immediately rose to become one of my favorites. The characters and art are excellent, and the world-building and character depth makes me really yearn to see more of this in manga.
Also the box set is great.

Surprise last second Kitasan?

Reorganizing after the renovation and these two beauties stacked up in a wonderful way.

Bathroom is completely done now, we can actually use our shower (celebration). Funny how open things look with that wall cut in half.
The hallway cabinet just needs cleaning but that's ready to go as well.
I realize how cramped parts of our house are while trying to picture the changes lol.

Carpet is mostly finished in the master bed, they just need to do a little cleanup. The closet is actually functional now, I love it.
Second room should be done by the end of the week when the rest of the carpet shows up.

A few new images of the bathroom. We can actually see into the room now, no idea why they had that wall there. Texture and glasswork should be done this week.

Master bedroom, no pics of the new walls yet since we can't go back there. We decided to remove the closet in the other room and fuse them into a walk in closet for the master since they were so horribly designed before.

Waifu's office and inside the closet. We tore up the flooring for them and it took about 3+hours per room. The glue smelled insane after a while.

Oh and on the topic of games everyone seems to love; she wanted to play a co-op city builder and we saw Anno 1800 was on sale so we decided to give it a shot. We just got it and I don't think we've played for less than 4 hours a session. It has damned our sleeping schedule.

Played Windmill Valley with the wife the other day. And by played I mean she wrecked me. Game was great and wonderful to look at. Really enjoy how the actions function. Gives you the ability to focus your game plan and get some really satisfying combos.

Finally got a chance to play Brass Birmingham with the wife. The game is as great as folk say it is but damn I felt like my brain was sweating by the end.
Wife won the second game, for the record.

Been playing a lot more board games recently. Broke out one of our first games, Takenoko, to try the Chibi expansion. Had fun in our second game after definitely not cheesing the first one to end early.

Finally played Dinosaur World with waifu. Our first game went well so we tried different strats for round two.
Apparently it's a bad idea to ignore security and sacrifice your customers to the saurian deities (score was 86 to 3 lol).

Our Christmas gift for last year finally showed up. Got a ton of Star Realms to open and play later. Might be slightly overwhelming since we haven't played in some time lol.
