I can't even imagine 😬 I wear Hoka running shoes just because I stand/walk on a hard surface at work 10hr/day 4 days a week. My plantar fasciitis would have a field day if I tried to wear Converse.

I think temperature is part of why Florida has so much craziness. Most of the year it is 80°F (26°C) or above. Science wise: dehydration can cause delirium, so make sure you keep yourself hydrated 💕

😬 Just keep updated on the situation there too. Ontario just had an election, and while it was not as bad as the US, it definitely was a step in the wrong direction.

Don't stay ignorant of health alerts, ignore the political mess if you have to.
So many health concerns right now (Flu, Bird Flu, TB, Measles, etc.) It is going to be a tough year.

My dad was a smoker, but finally quit in his 70's. A lot of damage was already done by then. So while smoking didn't kill him, it drastically reduced his quality of life as he got older. Oxygen 24/7 (COPD), incontinence, partial hearing loss, and loss of sight in the center of his vision.

The kids didn't vote *and* unvaccinated kids might catch it more easily, and have worse effects, but it is still possible for them to give it to your vaccinated kids.
It is so sad that all kids will suffer because half the adults in this country are science deniers.

I know this isn't a solution, but I'm going to start buying physical copies of books on the ala.org list. I think having physical copies is important because we've already seen how easily they erase digital stuff.
