I think I will, I've got the whole tub of ground to play around with anyway! I think it would have been ok if I went in a little thicker and wasn't trying to get a gradient, which I have a hard enough time with in gouache anyway 😅

I just recently tried out watercolor ground with gouache too. Definitely a weird experience! I ended up ruining my painting by getting it too wet. The ground started rubbing off in little pulpy bits.

The lighting in these are each so nice in different ways!
