Using TLDR-seq, we demonstrate full-length sequencing of mRNAs and non-polyadenylated non-coding RNAs, including enhancer RNAs and PROMPTs, in the same experiment. We also show a link between fine-grained TSS selection and 3’ end processing. (2/4)

Also special shoutout to Yifan Dai in my group who analyzed the nuclear single cell RNA-seq data and Mette Flink in the Falsig Pedersen lab who generated the same data (very difficult to do from cell lines).

Also, you can download actual vector formats for the icons to modify if needed. Biorender does not allow that.
