Does GenAi help or hurt ADHDers? For me its been a mixed bag, now I have a wasteland of ideas and experiements that are about 60% baked instead of living in my head at 0%. Can anyone relate?

2025 can you stop? My niece's grandma (who babysat my oldest son for yrs) passed, then my mother died, then I got into my 1st car accident while I was driving (32 years driving), then my fur-baby died & I've been sick for 2 weeks. But what goes around comes around, I KNOW great things are coming!
