The EU always tells its story in that banner; until now.
Since I arrived here, the Commission has proudly showcased its flagship policies on its main building: recovery funds, RePowerEU… But this term? Nothing. Seems the deregulation and simplification agenda isn’t exactly banner material.

This heat pump is about to decarbonise the house I grew up in!
It’s replacing the old oil boiler that kept us warm through my childhood. Wild to think that our little village, tucked away in the mountains of inner Spain, relied on oil shipped from the Arabian Gulf or Russia and delivered by a lorry
